The quote from Shakespeare is “parting is such sweet sorrow”, I like “bittersweet sorrow” better.  These past 3 months in Dublin has been a trip to remember for a lifetime.  I had made friends in Dublin from all over the world.  Worked in a scientific setting, and presented my research in a new country.  The memories I made with the people I’ve met will stay with me for the rest of my life, and I may or may not see these people again.  As long as the memories are still there in our hearts, we can reminisce about the good times in Dublin.  We will go back to our respective countries and resume our normal college life, but our lives will be forever changed with the experiences we had here in Dublin.
I am grateful that I met everyone, and grateful that I had a chance to make one of my dreams come true, to study in another country, and learn a new culture.

Though my time in Ireland is ending, my journey is not over yet, I’m off to see the rest of Europe and make the most of my short time I have on the other side of the world.

Cheerio Dublin!  I’m off to see London!!!
