Rebel County, Ireland

Spent my last weekend in the County of Cork Ireland. It was a nice city, smaller then Dublin of course. It’s called the Rebel County because it used to be a rebellious city, and they think they’re still the ‘real’ capital of Ireland.

I visited a neighboring town(village) called Kinsale and it was supposed to have the best food in Ireland, but I beg to differ.. had some chips from there, and it wasn’t that great.  I just took a walk around the town, and here are some pictures from the town, and we saw the military fort at the town as well.

Here’s the view of Cork after a long day in Kinsale:

Spent half the day walking around Cork, saw the University and the cathedral.  It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day that day, made me a bit home sick, but I had an enjoyable time.
